Solution Architecture
Indoor Demand Scenarios
The indoor inspection area of the hydropower station includes the turbine floor, generator floor, cable trays, power distribution room/control room/monitoring room, and GIS room.

Turbine Floor
Inspections often face challenges such as inconvenient passage, limited space, high temperature and humidity, excessive noise, difficulty in identifying potential hazards, and the need for frequent but inefficient inspections.

Generator Floor
Inspections typically involve challenges such as large equipment size, blind spots, localized high temperatures, high risks, strong vibrations and electromagnetic interference, hidden faults, and heavy manual workload.
Outdoor Demand Scenarios
The outdoor inspection area of the hydropower station includes the step-up substation system and the outgoing platform.

Step-up Substation System
Core inspection equipment includes main transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, and outdoor GIS systems.

Outgoing Platform
The core inspection equipment includes outgoing circuit breakers, disconnect switches, current/voltage transformers, grounding devices, pressure gauges, etc.
Safety Operation Behavior Identification
Considering the high-risk characteristics of hydropower station operations, and through a well-designed front-end deployment (primarily mobile monitoring), AI intelligent recognition technology is introduced to monitor and issue real-time early warnings for worker violations.
