Indoor Inspection

For areas such as indoor power distribution rooms and pump rooms in water plants, indoor inspection robots are used to automatically inspect indoor equipment and summarize the results.

Outdoor Inspection

For the outdoor areas of the water plant, conduct inspections of sedimentation tanks, filtration tanks, water storage tanks, clear water tanks, and related facilities and equipment.

Application Cases

For a waterworks inspection project, focusing on the maintenance needs of key areas within the plant, KiloX developed a full-scenario intelligent inspection solution combining an indoor robot and an outdoor robot dog. The project covers core areas such as indoor power distribution rooms and pump rooms, while the robot dog performs outdoor inspection tasks, accurately monitoring equipment anomalies, environmental anomalies, and personnel violations, and issuing real-time alarms.

✔ To address the need for multi-area inspections, the project implemented a "one machine, multiple rooms" operation mode. By automating the control room doors, rodent barriers, and other mechanisms, and adding automatic doors, the robots were able to enter and exit the doors and autonomously travel to different control rooms to work. Ultimately, three robots efficiently covered the inspection work of the relevant computer rooms and equipment rooms.

✔ The project was designed for the demanding operating conditions of "no maintenance personnel and more than 10 rounds of inspections per day". The equipment has shown excellent stability, with an average fault-free operation time of over 1 month. To date, it has been running stably for more than 130 days and continues to break records. All delivery work has now been completed, providing safe, efficient, and unmanned intelligent support for water plant operation and maintenance.
